Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Standard Delivery: £2.99 or “Free over £50– arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Tracking

Orders are sent with a tracking number where available.
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
